1. Shipping Coverage

Blushly delivers across India. Serviceability to your specific location is verified at checkout using your delivery pincode. If your pincode is not serviceable, you will be notified during the checkout process.

2. Shipping Charges

Free Shipping: On all orders above ₹999

Standard Shipping: ₹59 flat rate for orders below ₹999

Shipping charges are clearly displayed at checkout before you confirm your order. The total payable amount shown at checkout is all-inclusive (product price + shipping + applicable taxes).

3. Delivery Timelines

These are estimated timelines. Actual delivery may vary due to courier availability, weather conditions, local restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances. Blushly is not liable for delays caused by courier partners or force majeure events.

4. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details via email.

5. Tracking Your Order

After your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number and courier details via email. You can track your order at any time using our Order Tracking page by entering your Order ID and email address.

6. Courier Partners

We work with reputable logistics partners including Delhivery, BlueDart, DTDC, Ecom Express, and other leading courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery of your orders. The courier partner assigned to your order depends on your delivery location and serviceability.

7. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make up to 3 delivery attempts. If delivery is unsuccessful after all attempts, the shipment will be returned to our warehouse. In such cases, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment (additional shipping charges may apply) or process a refund as per our Refund Policy.

8. Packaging

All products are carefully packed to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Fragile items such as makeup palettes and glass bottles are given additional protective packaging. Our packaging is discreet and does not display product contents externally.
