Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Policy

Before Dispatch: Orders may be cancelled free of charge before they have been dispatched. To cancel, contact us at info@blushly.store with your Order ID within 12 hours of placing the order.

After Dispatch: Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may, however, refuse delivery or initiate a return after receiving the product, subject to the return conditions outlined below.

Cancellation Timeline: Orders will be confirmed as cancelled within 24 hours of your cancellation request. If the order has already been dispatched by the time we process your request, the cancellation will not be possible and the return process will apply instead.

2. Return Policy

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Products that have been opened, used, or altered in any way are not eligible for return. The product must be returned with all original tags, labels, and accessories intact.

Non-Returnable Items: Products sealed for health or hygiene reasons (e.g., opened cosmetics, skincare products) cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon delivery.

How to Initiate a Return: Contact us at info@blushly.store with your Order ID, product details, and reason for return. Attach clear photographs of the product and packaging. Our team will review your request and respond within 48 hours. If approved, we will arrange a pickup or provide shipping instructions.

3. Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility: Refunds are issued for approved returns, cancelled orders (before dispatch), and damaged or defective products received.

Refund Timelines:

Cancelled orders (prepaid): Refund initiated within 3–5 business days of cancellation confirmation.

Returned products: Refund initiated within 5–7 business days after the returned product is received and inspected at our warehouse.

Damaged/Defective products: Refund or replacement initiated within 3–5 business days of complaint verification.

Bank processing time: After we initiate the refund, your bank or payment provider may take an additional 5–10 business days to credit the amount to your account.

Refund Method: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS) to the bank account details you provide.

Shipping Charges: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or wrong product. In case of defective or wrong products, we will bear the return shipping cost.

4. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@blushly.store.

Please include: your Order ID, clear photographs showing the damage or defect, and a brief description of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund within 3–5 business days of verification.

5. Exchange Policy

Direct exchanges are not available at this time. To receive a different product, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired product.
