Orders & Payments

Browse our product categories, select the products you love, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Enter your shipping details, select your payment method, and confirm your order. You will receive an order confirmation email once the order is placed successfully.

We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) for all serviceable pincodes. Additional payment options including UPI, net banking, and card payments may be available at checkout depending on your location.

You can request cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order, provided it has not been dispatched yet. Contact us at info@blushly.store with your Order ID. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible, but you may initiate a return after delivery.

Absolutely. Our website uses SSL encryption to protect your data. All electronic payments are processed through secure, RBI-compliant payment gateways. We do not store your card details on our servers, in compliance with RBI tokenisation guidelines.

Yes. A GST-compliant invoice is generated for every order and sent to you via email along with your order confirmation. The GST breakdown (product price + tax) is also visible at checkout before you confirm your order.

Shipping & Delivery

Metro cities typically receive orders within 3–5 business days. Tier-2 cities take 5–7 business days. Remote or hilly areas may take up to 10–15 business days. You will receive tracking details via email once your order is dispatched.

Visit our Track Order page and enter your Order ID and email address. You can also use the tracking link sent to your email after dispatch to check real-time delivery status.

We ship across India. During checkout, enter your delivery pincode to verify if your location is serviceable. If it is not, you will be notified immediately.

Shipping is free on all orders above ₹999. For orders below this threshold, a flat shipping fee of ₹59 applies. All charges are displayed clearly at checkout before you confirm your order.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Opened cosmetic products cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged. For full details, see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Refunds are initiated within 3–7 business days after the return is received and inspected. Your bank may take an additional 5–10 business days to reflect the refund in your account. For COD orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer.

We are sorry about that! Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@blushly.store with your Order ID and clear photos of the product. We will arrange a replacement or full refund within 3–5 business days of verification.
